Abstract

The invention discloses cement-based floor self-leveling mortar comprising the following components according to weight ratio: 35-45 parts of high alumina cement, 40-50 parts of Portland cement, 8-10 parts of quartz sand, 3-5 parts of talcum powder, 4-5 parts of anhydrous gypsum, 0.5-1.5 parts of redispersible whey powder, 0.65-1 part of casein, 0.5-1.2 parts of defoaming agent, 0.8-1 part of retarding and water reducing agent, 1.5-2.2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 0.1-0.3 part of nanometer titanium dioxide. A small amount of nanometer titanium dioxide is added in the cement-basec floor self-leveling mortar disclosed by the invention to improve the crystallinity and accelerate the condensation rate. The redispersible whey powder can effectively improve the bending strength and crack resistance of the mortar and avoid the shrinkage and crack of the mortar.
