The invention discloses a high-damping self-compaction concrete which is composed of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, composite reinforcing powder, emulsified asphalt, polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent, mixing water, composite deformation component, II-zone grade river sand with the fineness modulus of 2.6-3.0, and limestone gravel with the particle size of 5-20mm. Every cubic meter of concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 16 parts of cement, 7.8 parts of composite reinforcing powder, 0.8-1.0 part of emulsified asphalt, 7.5 parts of mixing water, 0.22-0.27 part of water reducer, 1.6-1.7 parts of composite deformation component, 29-30 parts of river sand and 36-37 parts of limestone gravel. The high-damping self-compaction concrete has the advantages of excellent damping function, excellent shock resistance, higher mechanical strength, low elastic modulus and obvious technical and economical effects, and especially can effectively improve the service behavior and service life of basic structures subjected to impact, vibration and other repeated mobile load actions, such as high-speed railway track structures, bridge structures and other engineering structures.
