Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a fiber-reinforced composite board. The method comprises the following steps: (1) forming a composite substrate which comprises a foamed layer and strengthened layers, wherein the foamed layer is arranged on a middle layer, and the strengthened layers cover two surfaces of the middle layer; (2) cutting the composite substrate, so as to obtain a plurality of bars with strengthened strips on the opposite surfaces; (3) splicing again by taking the opposite surfaces as adhesive surfaces, so as to obtain a composite board blank with the strengthened strips in a base body; and (4) encapsulating the blank body, respectively coating the upper surface and the lower surface with fibre cloth prepregs, and then putting into a press to carry out thermocuring, so as to obtain the composite board product. The fiber-reinforced composite board obtained by the method disclosed by the invention is light in weight, and has high anti-pressure capability, fire resistance and waterproofness, and can be widely applied to an artificial board room, an internal parting wall for a building, a transportation floor, a container bottom plate and the like.
