The deep condensation and demisting environment-friendly device comprises a tower body, wherein a filler, a water spraying device, a water receiving deice and a heat exchange device are sequentially arranged in the tower body from bottom to top, an air outlet is formed at the top of the tower body, a fan is mounted in the air outlet, and a transition section gas chamber is arranged between the heat exchange device and the air outlet in the tower body. By adopting the scheme, when the deep condensation and demisting environment-friendly device works, thermal circulation cooling water which is sprayed out of the water spraying device is cooled by cold air entering from an air inlet at the lower part of a cooling tower, and the temperature of the circulation cooling water is reduced; the temperature of the cold air in the filler is increased, the moisture content is increased, and wet and hot air which is basically in a saturated state is formed; the wet and hot air passes through the water receiving device, then enters a hot air channel, further enters the heat exchange device and performs heat exchange with dry and cold air entering the heat exchange device through a cold air channel; after passing through the heat exchange device, the wet and hot air and the dry and cold air are mixed in the transition section gas chamber and exhausted to the atmosphere by the fan.
