The parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use is composed of abamectin, febantel, piperazine citrate, vegetable oil, an emulsifier, a surfactant, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol, chlorobutanol and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the emulsifier, the febantel and the abamectin into warm vegetable oil at first, then adding the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol and the chlorobutanol, and stirring to obtain a solution A; adding the piperazine citrate into water, heating and adding the surfactant, and stirring to obtain a solution B; and cooling the solutions A and B, and mixing the solutions A and B to obtain the parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use.
