Abstract

The method is characterized by comprising the steps of preparing a sample solution to be measured by an ultrasonic extracting method, configuring a standard working solution with six concentration gradients, performing analysis by a gas chromatograph matched with hydrogen flame ionized detector, and measuring the content of menthol by an internal standard method.
