Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid identification method for dendrobium officinale. The method comprises steps of: (1) determining that characteristics of a sample to be detected conform to the characteristics of the dendrobium officinale specified in the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" through observing; (2) preparing the sample to be detected into a sample slice having a thickness of smaller than 500 [mu]m; and (3) putting the sample slice under an objective lens to observe fluorescence microscopic characteristics of the sample slice under blue fluorescence. If a plurality of vascular bundles of the similar size are observed and sheath fiber cells are commonly arranged into a double cap shape, the sample belongs to the dendrobium officinale, otherwise, the sample does not belong to the dendrobium officinale. Fluorescence microscopic identification is introduced for true and false identification of the dendrobium officinale. The method is advantaged by being simple, rapid, accurate, economical, and the like. Identification can be performed without an experienced identifier, and true and false identification of the varieties of the dendrobium officinale can be achieved rapidly and efficiently, thus proving an effective supplement for scientific accurate identification of the varieties of the dendrobium officinale.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quickly identifying the authenticity of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a method for identifying Dendrobium officinale based on fluorescence microscopic characteristics. technical background [0002] Dendrobium officinale is the dried stem of the orchid plant Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. It is a blindly precious Chinese medicine with the effects of nourishing the stomach, nourishing body fluid, nourishing yin and clearing heat, and is known as one of the "Nine Immortals". Modern studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale contains a variety of chemical components, including polysaccharides, bibenzyls, phenanthrenes, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolic acids, amino acids and calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, selenium, copper, chromium, and nickel Such as essential trace elements for human metabolism, it has a variety of pharmacological activities such as strengthening the body’s immunity, ...
