Abstract

A flash sharing method, a controller, and a system. The method is applied to a system comprising at least two processors. The system further comprises a controller and at least one flash, wherein the number of the flashes is smaller than the number of the processors, and the controller comprises a buffer allocated to each processor. The method comprises: a controller reading an initialization instruction for each processor from a flash; writing the read initialization instruction into a buffer allocated to each processor so that each processor reads the initialization instruction from the buffer allocated to each processor. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the number of flashes is smaller than the number of processors, thereby saving system space; and buffer resources on existing controllers in a system are used to complete initialization operations of all processors to in place of flashes of which the number is equal to the number of processors in the prior art, thereby reducing power consumption of the entire system.
