Abstract

The invention provides a medical biological dressing suppository for treating gynecological diseases, diseases of prostate or anorectal diseases and an application thereof. The medical biological dressing suppository comprises a main drug and auxiliary materials. The main drug comprises echinacea and chitosan. According to the invention, echinacea is applied to an external medicine for the first time. Relative to internal medicines, the external medicine can directly reach the diseased region with a small dosage, so that a better treatment effect is realized. Even though echinacea is mutually fused with chitosan and is adsorbed to the affected skin or the surface of mucosa to form a protective layer, synergic effects of maintaining effective delivery concentration to echinacea and prolonging the action time of the medicine and the like are obtained by means of good biocompatibility of chitosan. In addition, echinacea adsorbed to the affected skin or the surface of mucosa further can effectively stimulate generation of glucosaminidase and growth of myofibroblast to enhance the defense capacity of the skin or mucosa. Echinacea purpurea further can simulate the immune system, increase the quantity and activity of leukocytes and enhance the treatment effect of independent medication.
