Embodiment Construction

[0051] The neurorehabilitation assessment method for stroke patients based on the entropy of EEG α rhythm samples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

[0052] The neurorehabilitation evaluation method for stroke patients based on EEG α rhythm sample entropy of the present invention proposes a new method for quantitatively evaluating post-stroke neurological function recovery status of stroke patients based on EEG signal α rhythm sample entropy (Sample Entropy, SampEn). Methods to provide technical support for stroke rehabilitation intervention. The technical process is as follows: collect the resting state EEG signals of stroke patients for preprocessing, extract the entropy characteristics of the α-rhythm samples of the stroke patients’ EEG signals, use this as the characteristic parameter to compare the average level of the corresponding recovery period in the stroke patient database, and ...

Abstract

A stroke patient neural rehabilitation assessment method based on electro-cerebral alpha sample entropies comprises the steps of acquiring electro-cerebral signals under the quiescent condition; pre-processing electro-cerebral signal data; extracting alpha rhythm sample entropy characteristics of the electro-cerebral signals; establishing an alpha rhythm sample entropy database of the electro-cerebral signals; extracting the alpha sample entropies of the electro-cerebral signals of a stroke patient according to the steps, comparing the alpha sample entropies of the electro-cerebral signals of the stroke patient with the average level of neural rehabilitation conditions of the same rehabilitation periods in the established database, and judging the nervous system rehabilitation condition of the stroke patient; memorizing the alpha sample entropies of the electro-cerebral signals of the stroke patient into the established database after finishing assessment. The stroke patient neural rehabilitation assessment method acquires EEG signals of the stroke patient and extracts the alpha rhythm sample entropy characteristics, performs assessment on the nervous system rehabilitation condition of the stroke patient according to the characteristics, provides a reference basis for formulation of a stroke rehabilitation intervention treatment scheme, facilitates acceleration of patient rehabilitation process and improves the survival quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quantitatively evaluating the neurological function recovery status of stroke patients. In particular, it relates to a neurorehabilitation evaluation method for stroke patients based on the entropy of EEG α rhythm samples. Background technique [0002] Stroke (stroke), commonly known as apoplexy, or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), is a clinical syndrome in which dysfunction of local brain regions occurs suddenly due to cerebrovascular lesions. There are more than 2 million new stroke patients in my country every year, and more than 1.5 million people die from stroke. At present, there are about 7 million stroke survivors, three-quarters of whom have sequelae of varying degrees, and severe disabilities account for about 40%. It has brought great mental pain and heavy economic burden to patients and families. According to the latest report of the World Health Organization, stroke is the third leading cause of death ...
