Problems solved by technology

[0010] In view of this, the present invention provides an improved thrombectomy system, which solves the problem in the prior art that the plaque on the blood vessel wall and the broken thrombus block are easy to fall off and cause the re-embolization of the distal blood vessel, and the system is small in size, Good flexibility

Embodiment Construction

[0039] Refer below Figure 1-18 Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail.

[0040] For the convenience of description, the following description uses the terms "proximal end" and "distal end", wherein "proximal end" refers to the end near the operating end, and the distal end refers to the end far from the operating end.

[0041] Thrombectomy device of the present invention such as figure 1 As shown, the population is denoted by 1. The thrombectomy device 1 includes a push rod 100 , an outer sheath 2 , an inner tube 4 movable relative to the outer sheath, and a thrombus remover 300 . The thrombectomy device 1 also includes a guide wire (not shown), which passes through the inner tube 4; the inner tube is sheathed in the outer sheath tube 2, and the inner tube 4 can move along the guide wire; the thrombus remover 300 and the push rod 100 is connected to 301 , such as by welding, riveting or crimping, and the installed push rod 100 and thrombus retriever 3...

Abstract

A thrombectomy device (300) and thrombectomy equipment (1) particularly adapted for thrombectomies in intracranial blood vessels. The thrombectomy device (300) is a mesh structure defining a tubular cavity and which can transform between a retracted position and a deployed position; the mesh structure of said thrombectomy device (300) is provided with a plurality of concave stems (321) having three-dimensional contours and projecting into the tubular cavity, either end of each such concave stem (321) being fixed to said mesh structure. The thrombectomy equipment (1) comprises a guide wire, an insertion rod (100), an outer sheath (2) and an internal tube (4) movable relative to same; the guide wire passes through the internal tube (4), which is sheathed within the outer sheath (2); said internal tube (4) is movable along the guide wire. The present thrombectomy equipment (1) further comprises an insertion rod (100) connected to the thrombectomy device (300). The present thrombectomy device (300) and thrombectomy equipment (1) are able, after capture of a thrombus and during retrieval thereof, firmly to retain same, thus improving capture stability and preventing the thrombus from slipping away, thus avoiding such problems as distant blood vessels again being blocked by vascular plaque or broken fragments of thrombus. The equipment is compact and flexible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a medical device for intervening blood vessels, in particular to an intracranial blood vessel thrombus retriever. The present invention also relates to a blood vessel thrombus retrieval device comprising the thrombus retriever, which is especially suitable for intracranial blood vessel thrombus retrieval. Background technique [0002] Intravascular thrombosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice, and intracranial thrombosis is the most important. It causes cerebral embolism and has the characteristics of high morbidity, disability, mortality and recurrence. Major diseases causing death and disability in middle-aged and elderly people. With the continuous increase of the elderly population and the improvement of living standards, the incidence of cerebrovascular disease is constantly increasing. According to the survey, there are currently 3 million new cerebral t...
