Abstract

The invention discloses biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel comprises, by weight, 65-100% of N-succinyl-chitosan and 0-35% of hyaluronic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps of respectively dissolving the N-succinyl-chitosan and the hyaluronic acid in deionized water according to a mass ratio of N-succinyl-chitosan to deionized water of 1: 80-100 and a mass ratio of hyaluronic acid to deionized water of 0.5: 100, and carrying out full stirring at a room temperature for 1-5min to mix the two solutions so that the biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel is formed. The preparation method has simple processes and mild reaction conditions, does not utilize any cross-linking agent and prevents toxic and side effects caused by the cross-linking agent in clinical use. The biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel is stable for a long time, can be used in fields of drug carriers and biological tissue engineering and has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, which can be applied to the fields of drug controlled release and tissue engineering. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel is an intersecting polymer network structure with a large number of hydrophilic groups. These network structures have strong hydrophilicity, but due to the chemical bonds or physical bonds formed between polymer chains, these network structures will not be dissolved by water. But the penetration of water into these networks causes them to swell, forming hydrogels. Fully water-swellable hydrogels have the same physical properties as living tissues, such as softness, elasticity, and low interfacial tension with water or bioengineering fluids. The fully swollen hydrogel minimizes irritation to surrounding tissues after implantation due to its good elasticity. The low surface tension between the hydrogel surface and body fluids minim...
