The invention can realize on-site rapid degradation of polyacrylamide, especially degradation hydration of drilling fluid raffinate and crude oil using polyacrylamide as oil displacement agent in tertiary oil recovery, can achieve complete hydration in 1-2 h, and has viscosity less than 3 mpa.s; and after hydration, sediment in the drilling fluid can be rapidly settled, a demulsifier can perform the demulsification effect.
