Abstract

The invention provides landfill leachate treatment equipment which comprises a water pump, a pretreater, paired biochemical treatment units, a suction pump and an oxygen supply air blower. When the landfill leachate treatment equipment runs, the two groups of biochemical treatment units are mutually switched through a valve to run alternately, and the purposes of removing ammonia nitrogen contained in landfill leachate through nitrification and removing organic substances and nitrate nitrogen which are contained in the landfill leachate through denitrification are reached. The invention also provides a method for treating the landfill leachate by utilizing the landfill leachate treatment equipment. Compared with the prior art, the landfill leachate treatment equipment and the landfill leachate treatment method which are provided by the invention only require the primary pretreatment without high-flow reflux or high-flow high-speed water circulation or high-pressure filtration, and thus mechanical energy which is caused by continuous high-flow circulation and finally transformed into heat energy is not consumed, and further the temperature rise is little and the scale of the cooling unit can be designed to be small.
