The product comprises a can body and spray in the can body, wherein the spray consists of mother liquor and propellant; the propellant is a compressed gas, and is used for providing pressure to the mother liquor to urge the ejection of the mother liquor; and the mass ratio of the mother liquor to the propellant is (0.05-6): 1. The aerosol can type water and oil repellent product can conveniently perform the local treatment for textiles, and has a quick evaporation velocity; and following procedures of drying and baking can be prevented under specific conditions to achieve the readily available purpose.
