The breeding method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) feeding fries with a first mixed feed for 4-6 months, wherein the first mixed feed comprises a first conventional feed and a first additive, and the ratio of the first conventional feed to the first additive is 1000:(15-35); (2) breeding in the microflow under the breeding condition that the water temperature is 9-11 DEG C in the step (1), wherein the pH value is 7-8, and the dissolved oxygen (DO) value is 6.5-9.5mg/ L; (3) after the feeding of the first mixed feed is finished, feeding with second mixed feed, wherein the second mixed feed comprises second conventional feed and a second additive, and the ratio of the second conventional feed to the second additive is 1000:(10-20); and (4) breeding in the microflow under the breeding condition that the water temperature is 7-15 DEG C in the step (3), wherein the pH value is 6.6-9, and the dissolved oxygen (DO) value is 6-10mg/ L.
