Abstract

The invention discloses a determination method for vitamin B12. Freeze-drying smashing is adopted in pretreatment of a sample, and then a method of vitamin B12 enrichment is used, so that vitamin B12 can be detected in low content of soft sugar and detection results are accurate. Detection means are combination of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. Compared with a conventional determination method, the determination method for vitamin B12 can overcome the problem that vitamin B12 is difficult to enrich in the soft sugar and to determine the content accurately, simplify an indirect content determination method of vitamin B12 by using a biological method and simplify methods for content determination and quality control of sugar products with low addition of vitamin B12.
