Example Embodiment

[0057] Example 1

[0058] This embodiment provides a method for quantitatively detecting the content of acetamiprid in a wheat sample using THz-TDS technology combined with chemometrics, wherein the "wheat sample" uses wheat flour for cakes that does not contain any pesticide residues (Binzhou Taiyu Mai Industry Co., Ltd.) was prepared by adding a known amount of Acetamiprid (provided by Beijing Beina Chuanglian Biotechnology Research Institute), and using the "wheat sample" as a blind sample to be tested by the method of the present invention, the specific steps are as follows:

[0059] (1) Put the wheat flour for cakes into a pulverizer, sieved (200 mesh), and dried in an oven to obtain primary wheat powder; the primary wheat powder and acetamiprid powder are in different mass ratios Mix and transfer to an agate mortar for further grinding to obtain the "wheat sample" fine powder, wherein the mass percentage of acetamiprid in the "wheat sample" is 0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quantitatively detecting pesticide residue in grain through a THz-TDS technology. The method includes following steps: (1) grinding a to-be-detected grain sample and pressing the to-be-detected grain sample into a piece to obtain a to-be-detected grain piece-pressed sample; (2) detecting the to-be-detected grain piece-pressed sample through the THz-TDS technology to obtain a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy; (3) obtaining a frequency domain spectroscopy and an absorption coefficient spectroscopy through Fourier transform and calculation of Timothy and Duvillaret method; (4) randomly dividing the absorption coefficient spectroscopy in a characteristic wave band of the to-be-detected grain piece-pressed sample into a training set sample absorption coefficient spectroscopy and a verification set sample absorption coefficient spectroscopy; and (5) establishing a quantitative analytic model of the absorption coefficient spectroscopy through partial least squares regression method includes a quantitative detection value of each to-be-detected grain sample. The method can actually and effectively achieve quick and accurate quantitative detection of the pesticide residue in grain. An average value of a prediction correlation coefficient (Rv) of the absorption coefficient spectroscopy quantitative analysis model reaches 0.986.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quantitatively detecting pesticide residues in grain by using THz-TDS technology, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide detection. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of modern agriculture, the demand and dependence on pesticides for agriculture and agricultural products are increasing. Coupled with the fact that some practitioners lack pesticide knowledge, they have used pesticides in large quantities for a long time or even abused them, which has caused great impact and harm to the environment and human health. For crops, after pesticides are applied to crops, there will often be a small amount of residues in the crops. Long-term ingestion of residual pesticides will seriously affect human health, and will also cause major harm to the body and the ecological environment. Especially in recent years, teratogenic disability and poisoning incidents caused by excessive pesticide residue...
