Abstract

The invention discloses an application of cortex mori fatty oil in preparing a diuresis-inducing and blood pressure-reducing drug, and discusses a diuresis-inducing and blood pressure-reducing effect of the cortex mori fatty oil on SHR rat. According to the invention, the influences of the cortex mori fatty oil on urine volume of normal rats are observed by adopting a metabolic cage method of rats; and then the influences of the cortex mori fatty oil on urine volume and systolic blood pressure (SBP) of SHR rats are observed by selecting a spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) model and dosing for 7 days in repeated doses. The results show that compared with a control group (CMC-Na group), the cortex mori fatty oil has an obvious diuresis-inducing effect on both the normal rats and the SHR rats (P<0.01) and can significantly reduce systolic pressure of the SHR rats (P<0.01). Compared with the prior art, the invention determines that the cortex mori fatty oil components have the obvious diuresis-inducing and blood pressure-reducing effect, so that the use of the cortex mori fatty oil in preparing the diuresis-inducing and blood pressure-reducing drug is convenient, and the problem that much inconvenience is brought to patients who take the drug, due to unknown material basis of the cortex mori playing the diuresis-inducing and blood pressure-reducing effects, is overcome.
