The vehicle self-organization network consists of nodes containing vehicle-mounted LED communication units, wherein the nodes comprise a vehicle terminal node and a mobile relay node; the vehicle terminal node communicates with the mobile relay node in the self-organization network by virtue of the vehicle-mounted LED communication units; the mobile relay node communicates with mobile relay nodes in other self-organization networks by virtue of the vehicle-mounted LED communication units; and the vehicle self-organization network also comprises a fixed access point, the vehicle terminal node can communicate with the fixed access point by virtue of the LED communication units, and all the LED communication units in the network perform communication by adopting a phase shift MIMO-OFDM (Multiple Input Multiple Output-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) LED communication system.
