Embodiment Construction

[0038] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and two specific embodiments.

[0039] The sensor structure of the present invention is as figure 1 As shown, a V-shaped metal scattering unit and a resistance R to be measured are etched on a dielectric board. The dielectric substrate is Rogers RO4003, the dielectric constant is 3.55, and the size is 40×40×0.8mm 3 . The V-shaped scattering unit is composed of two identical metal arms. The fixed arm A is placed along the horizontal direction, and the angle between the rotating arm B and the horizontal polarization direction is θ. The length of the two metal arms is the same as 15×0.5mm 2 , and the distance to the coordinate center is 1.75mm. A resistance R to be measured is loaded between the two metal arms, and the distance and angle between the resistance R and the two metal arms are equal.

Abstract

The invention provides a resistor type sensor adopting the radio frequency technology for recognition. The sensor comprises a dielectric slab, a V-shaped scattering unit and a resistor to be detected. The V-shaped scattering unit is formed by metal arms with the same length, one metal arm is a fixed arm A, the placing direction of the fixed arm A is consistent with the polarization direction of motivating electromagnetic waves, the other metal arm is a rotating arm B, the included angle between the rotating arm B and the fixed arm A is theta which is larger than 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 180 degrees, and the included angle theta is used for encoding address information of the sensor. The resistor to be detected is loaded between the two arms of the V-shaped scattering unit, the distances from the resistor to be detected to the two metal arms are the same, and the included angles between the resistor and the two metal arms are the same. When the angle theta and a resistance value of the resistor change, a scattering field of the V-shaped scattering unit will change correspondingly, and by detecting a backscattering electric field in the horizontal direction of the sensor and a backscattering electric field in the vertical direction of the sensor, the theta and the resistance value of the resistor can be detected at the same time. The sensor is simple in structure, low in cost and capable of effectively increasing the utilization rate of spectrums, and the working frequency band is narrow.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of radio frequency identification, in particular to a resistance sensor using radio frequency technology identification, and a method for identifying sensor address information and the resistance value of a resistance to be measured by using the sensor. Background technique [0002] The resistive sensor can convert the physical quantity to be measured into a sensing element with resistance or voltage output. It is a metallurgy, electric power It is one of the indispensable tools for automatic weighing, process inspection and production process automation in departments such as transportation, petrochemical, commercial, biomedical and national defense. [0003] Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an automatic identification technology, which has the characteristics of small size, long life, and reusability, and is widely used in the radio field. With the increasingly powerful RFID technology, radio freq...
