Abstract
The invention provides a vacuum aluminum plating transferring ultraviolet-curable coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 5-15 parts of an epoxy acrylate oligomer, 5-15 parts of a polyesteracrylate oligomer, 30-50 parts of a bifunctionality diluted monomer, 3-10 parts of a photoinitiator and 0-1 part of assistants. Compared with existing solvent transferring coatings and common UV coatings, the coating provided by the invention has extremely good solvent resistance, remarkable hardness and wear resistance and scratch resistance as well as the application advantages of inherent quick setting, safety, environmental friendliness and the like of the UV system. Moreover, the coating has a good transferring property and an aluminizing adhesive force, and the application range is further expanded.
