Abstract

The cleaning fluid for the diameter expansion preprocessing of the longitudinal seam submerged arc welded pipe comprises the following components by weight percent: 7-12% of hydrochloric acid, 0.5-1% of hydrofluoric acid, 6-8% of sodium gluconate, 2-4% of sodium tartrate, 1-3% of sodium sulfate, 8-10% of surfactant, 0.1-0.3% of cellulose glycolate, 0.2-0.8% of phenolic aldehyde aerogel, 3-5% of corrosion inhibitor and the balance of deionized water. The cleaning fluid is strong in dirt-removing power, and convenient and rapid to clean and can effectively clean the welding slag and the solder granules on the inner wall of the steel tube.
