Problems solved by technology

[0005] There are very few documents on the extraction of natural VE from annatto, and the disclosed process is extremely complicated. For example, in US20130178519A1, it takes more than ten steps to obtain the final powder product, and the product content is only 15.8%, which is not suitable for large-scale production. scale industrial production

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for extracting high content natural vitamin E from annatto. The method is simple in operation and high in yield, and can obtain natural vitamin E with content more than 90%. The purification process uses 8%-9% annatto as the raw material and includes the following steps: (1) extracting annatto with an organic solvent at 20-40 DEG C for 1-3 h, filtering off the insolubles, and collecting the filtrate; (2) adsorbing the filtrate by ion resin; washing out the impurities with a solvent after adsorption, and analyzing to obtain an analytical solution for standby; (3) conducting reverse resin adsorption on the analytical solution, analyzing, concentrating to dry the analytical solution, so as to obtain a crude product; (4) dissolving the crude product with petroleum ether, adding activated clay and activated carbon, stirring at 20-40 DEG C, and carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain a filtrate for standby; and (5) adsorbing the filtrate with a silica gel column, eluting by a mixed solvent containing petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and concentrating to dry the eluent to obtain a final product of light yellow oil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting high-content vitamin E from annatto. Background technique [0002] Natural vitamin E (VE), also known as tocopherol, includes 8 kinds of substances such as α, β, δ, γ type tocopherol and corresponding tocotrienol, and has unique physiological functions, such as anti-free radical, anti-aging, Prevent skin keratinization, improve the physical immune function and cellular immune function of human and animals, prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, maintain and enhance reproductive function and many other important physiological functions. VE has two sources: natural VE and synthetic VE. Natural VE is mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols containing various monomers. Natural VE is superior to synthetic VE in terms of physiological activity and antioxidant capacity, and natural VE has The human body has no toxic and side effects, so natural VE is favored by consumers in industries such a...
