Problems solved by technology

Although the pesticides currently used are basically organophosphorus pesticides, which are easily degradable compounds, the pesticides accumulated in the tea leaves are often difficult to decompose, and the tea concentrates and instant tea powders made from these tea leaves often contain pesticide residues exceeding the standard
[0003] In the extraction factory, people usually pass ozone directly into the tea extract for oxidation reaction to remove pesticide residues, but due to the low solubility of ozone in water, this method is not effective; currently the most effective The way to prevent the pesticide residues in the tea extract from exceeding the standard is to start from the source and apply less pesticides, so as to control the pesticide residues in the tea extract
However, non-application of pesticides often leads to increased plant diseases and insect pests and reduced yields
Therefore, people began to study ways to reduce pesticide residues in products, but none of them could achieve industrialization

Embodiment 1

[0032] A process for removing pesticide residues from tea: using finished tea, semi-finished tea or fresh tea leaves as raw materials, through raw material blending, low-temperature water extraction, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis membrane concentration, resin adsorption, and sterilization to obtain tea without pesticide residues The concentrated solution is spray-dried to obtain instant tea powder free of pesticide residues.

[0033] Specific steps are as follows:

[0034] 1) Raw materials are tested for physical and chemical indicators such as pesticide residues, and sensory evaluation is carried out at the same time, and products from different sources are blended and used to stabilize the physical and chemical indicators and sensory indicators of products from the source;

[0035] 2) Low-temperature water extraction once: the ratio of material to water is 1:10, the water temperature is 40.0°C, and the extraction time is 10.0min;

Abstract

The invention discloses a tea pesticide residue removing process which is characterized by taking finished tea, semi-finished tea or fresh tea leaves as raw materials; carrying out blending, low-temperature water extraction, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis membrane condensation, resin adsorption and disinfection on the raw materials to obtain a pesticide-residue-removed tea concentrated solution; and carrying out spray drying to obtain pesticide-residue-removed instant tea powders. The pesticide residues in the obtained tea concentrated solution and the instant tea powders are not detected; effective constituents, such as tea polyphenol, caffeine, tea polysaccharide and theanine and the like in the tea concentrated solution and the instant tea powders are reserved to the maximum degree; and the original tea color and fragrance are reserved fully. After the tea concentrated solution and the instant tea powders are diluted or dissolved, the tea is clear and transparent, is free of residues, and can be drunk directly. The process can realize industrialized production and has substantial economic and social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of removing pesticide residues from agricultural products, and in particular relates to a process for removing pesticide residues from tea. Background technique [0002] As we all know, in the planting process of tea leaves, pesticides need to be sprayed to prevent pests and diseases, and the use of pesticides will inevitably produce residues in plants. Although the pesticides currently used are basically organophosphorus pesticides, which are easily degradable compounds, the pesticides accumulated in the tea leaves are often difficult to decompose, and the pesticide residues in tea concentrates and instant tea powders made from these tea leaves often exceed the standard. [0003] In the extraction factory, people usually pass ozone directly into the tea extract for oxidation reaction to remove pesticide residues, but due to the low solubility of ozone in water, this method is not effective; currently the most effecti...
