Abstract

The invention provides a preparation process for a cellulose solution. The preparation process comprises the steps of continuously mixing NMMO with relatively-low concentration and non-activated pulp on line, and dehydrating the mixed pre-mixed solution in evaporative dehydration equipment until the solution is up to the NMMO concentration suitable for swelling; then, sufficiently swelling under the condition; and carrying out reduced-pressure evaporation on the uniformly mixed and sufficiently expanded pre-mixed solution through film evaporation equipment, dehydrating and dissolving to prepare the cellulose solution which is high in concentration, uniform in dissolution and excellent in consistency. The invention also provides continuous preparation equipment of the cellulose solution for the preparation process. By using the preparation process, the contradiction between mixing uniformity and swelling sufficiency in the preparation process of the high-concentration cellulose solution in the prior art is solved, the problem of safety in storing and conveying high-concentration NMMO in the prior art is avoided, and the used pulp is not needed to be activated, so that the energy consumption is low.
