Problems solved by technology

When the free bacteria are added to the soil from the original nutrient-rich liquid medium, the contrast in the growth environment is relatively large, which makes it more difficult for the bacteria to obtain oxygen, water and nutrients, and is easy to be absorbed by the native bacteria in the soil due to the lack of protective barriers. Animals prey on them, so their growth is relatively slow, and some of them even die. On the other hand, because the free bacteria have been in the soil environment for a long time, the nature of the degrading bacteria will change due to the indigenous microorganisms or the soil's own environment, causing them to die, so that they no longer have any effect on DBP. ability to degrade

Abstract

The invention discloses a dibutyl phthalate (DBP) degrading bacteria immobilizing microsphere, and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of biochemistry. According to the invention, sodium alginate, bentonite, chitosan and calcium chloride are adopted as immobilizing materials for immobilizing DBP degrading bacteria, so that a DBP degrading bacteria immobilizing microsphere is obtained. The effect of the immobilizing microsphere for removing DBP in soil in the reparing process within 28 days is investigated, and in the immobilizing microsphere treatment group on the 28th day, the residual quantity of DBP is smaller than 20%; by contrast, in a blank control group, the residual quantity of DBP is up to 70.76%, and in a free bacteria treatment group, the residual quantity of DBP is between that in the immobilizing microsphere treatment group and that in the blank control group, and is 50% or above. By immobilizing DBP degrading bacteria, indigenous microorganisms competition and encroachment by soil conditions not suitable for microorganism survival are avoided, and a theoretical basis and technical support are provided for effectively solving DBP-polluted soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an immobilized microsphere of dibutyl phthalate-degrading bacteria, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biochemistry. Background technique [0002] Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), one of phthalates (PAEs), is a global organic pollutant and is listed as a priority pollutant by the US Environmental Protection Agency. DBP has high toxicity, enters into organisms through the food chain and accumulates, causing discomfort in reproductive, nervous, liver and other organs. DBP is an important plasticizer and an important component of plastic agricultural film. In order to ensure a high level of food production, plastic agricultural film is used in large quantities. Because DBP cannot exist stably in polymeric substances, DBP is in the soil. The large amount of residues in the medium can cause serious pollution of soil, water body and air through migration and transformation, and then cause var...
