treatment system. The
system at least includes: an acid-base regulating
pool, which is used for adjusting the pH value of waste
emulsion; a demulsification reaction stirring
pool, which is used for receiving the waste
emulsion subjected to pH value adjustment by the acid-base regulating
pool, and adding a PAC and PAM mixed demulsification solution; an inorganic
ceramic membrane purifier, which is used for receiving the liquid output by the demulsification reaction stirring pool and purifying the liquid under a pressure state. According to the invention, the PAC and PAM combination is adopted as the
demulsifier, charged oil droplets,
colloid, suspended matters and other
large particle substances in the waste emulsion are connected by adsorption bridging effect, therefore oil and water are separated to achieve the oil-water separation purpose. Then an inorganic
ceramic membrane is used as the main body
separation process, and by means of physical interception, low concentration waste emulsion can flow into a purification water tank through the
ceramic membrane, and the oil droplets,
colloid, suspended matters and otherlarge particle substances can flow back. The
high concentration waste emulsion deep
treatment system provided by the invention realizes low
energy consumption, high efficiency and synchronous removalof pollutants from the waste emulsion.
