Abstract

An auxiliary tool for a resistive current testing wire of a 750KV lightning arrester comprises a tong-shaped wire clamp, an insulated rod, a wire clamp bracket, an operating rod, and an extended rod which is obtained through modifying a common insulated rod. The wire clamp bracket is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the insulated rod and furthermore obliquely extends along the upper part of the insulated rod outwards. The operating rod is provided with an operating wrench, a test switch, a test wire pile and a grounding pile. The operating wrench is obliquely arranged at the middle part of the operating rod. The middle part of the operating wrench is provided with a fixing screw hole. The test switch is closely adjacent with the operating wrench. The test wire pile and the grounding pile are arranged at the end of the operating rod and are respectively used for connecting with the testing wire and the grounding wire of a resistive current tester. The tail end of the extended rod is provided with a connecting pipe for connecting with the operating rod and another extended rod. The auxiliary tool has an advantage of simple operation and can satisfy a requirement for resistive current testing wires of lightning arresters with different heights, so that a tester is protected from an induction voltage in a wiring process, thereby improving safety and accuracy in resistive current testing of the 750KV lightning arrester.
