[0031] By searching the RNA-seq data in the rice gene expression database in the "Rice Genome Annotation Project (RGAP)" website (http: / / rice.plantbiology.msu.edu / ), the tissue-specific expression genes were screened as candidate seeds specifically expressed genes.
