Embodiment Construction

[0016] The preferred modes of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0017] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention is composed of a pump source erbium laser 1, an input mirror 2, an infrared nonlinear crystal 3, an output mirror 4 and an optical filter 5. Place the input mirror 2, the infrared nonlinear crystal 3, and the output mirror 4 in sequence along the laser output direction of the pump source laser 1. The input and output mirrors and the infrared nonlinear crystal light-passing surfaces are parallel to each other, and each light-passing surface is perpendicular to the pump Puyuan laser 1 outputs light beams.

[0018] The 2.79-micron pump laser is incident on the infrared nonlinear crystal 3. Since the pump light has a high peak power density, two output wavelengths are generated due to the nonlinear optical parametric effect, which are 4.9 microns and 6.4 microns respectively. Three wa...

Abstract

The invention relates to a medical 6-micrometer waveband optical parameter laser which comprises a pump source erbium laser, an OPO resonant cavity, an infrared non-linear crystal and an optical filter. The OPO resonant cavity is formed by input and output mirrors coated with films respectively; the input mirror, the infrared non-linear crystal, the output mirror are arranged in sequence along the laser outputting direction of the pump source erbium laser; light passing surfaces of the input mirror, the output mirror and the non-linear crystal are parallel mutually, and each light passing surface is vertical to the output beams of the pump source erbium laser; and the optical filter is in 45 DEG arrangement. The pump source erbium laser is utilized to pump the infrared non-linear crystal in the OPO resonant cavity, and nonlinear frequency conversion of the infrared non-linear crystal is utilized to generate 6-micrometer waveband laser; and the optical filter in 45 DEG arrangement is used for filtering unnecessary wavelength. The medical 6-micrometer waveband optical parameter laser can output intermediate infrared laser having milli-joule pulse energy and nanosecond-level pulse length, and has the advantages of uniform beam energy distribution and stable output energy and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical optical parametric laser in the 6 micron wave band. Background technique [0002] In the medical field, infrared lasers are safer than ultraviolet lasers because of their low photon energy, which can effectively avoid the risk of DNA strand damage due to high photon energy. There are absorption peaks of important biological tissue components such as water, protein, and DNA in the 6-micron laser band, such as the mid-infrared laser with a wavelength of 6.1, which is located at the absorption peak of protein and water, and has been proven to be the best laser source for high-precision biological soft tissue cutting , has the incomparable advantages of other waveband lasers, and is the best tool for high-precision operations such as brain surgery, nerves, corneas, and dermal tissues. At the same time, it can also be used for medical diagnosis of exhaled gas by using the characteristic absorption lines of gas molecules i...
