The substrate is divided by the pixel limiting layer into a plurality of sub-pixel regions, and the sub-pixel regions include the evaporation sub-pixel regions and the non-evaporation sub-pixel regions. The evaporation masking plate comprises a masking plate body and evaporating holes formed in the masking plate body, and the evaporating holes penetrate the masking plate body. A thinning region is arranged at the portion, corresponding to the cushion blocks on the display panel, of the masking plate body so that the thickness of the position, corresponding to the cushion blocks on the display panel, of the masking plate body can be smaller than the whole thickness of the masking plate body.
