Abstract

The testing method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a sample, firstly carrying out cutting operation in the direction at a 90-degree angle to a silicon-aluminum alloy extension direction on the front surface of the solar cell sheet to be tested, then breaking the cell sheet off along the cutting line, and obtaining the sample to be tested, wherein the cutting depth is 50-70 micrometers; and (2) adopting a scanning electron microscope to test the cross section at the cut and broken part of the above sample to be tested, and then testing the size of the local contact windowing region at the cross section.
