Abstract

The optical fiber coupling module comprises a base plate and two stepped heat sink sets arranged at the two ends, in the first direction, of the base plate. Each stepped heat sink set is provided with a plurality of step surfaces which become higher in sequence from the middle of the base plate to the two ends in the first direction. Two semiconductor laser units are oppositely arranged on each step surface and are arranged in the second direction of the base plate. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. A tool point right-angle reflector is arranged between every two semiconductor laser units. Light beams emitted by the semiconductor laser units are combined at the position of each tool point right-angle reflector. Reflectors are arranged between the two stepped heat sink sets and correspond to the tool point right-angle reflectors in position, each reflector is provided with two reflection surfaces to be used for combination of semiconductor laser beams on the two stepped heat sink sets in the fast-axis direction, and a beam expander and a focus lens are sequentially arranged on each reflector in the outlet light beam direction.
