Abstract

The invention discloses a combined crushing and grinding system which is particularly applied to the field of mineral separation techniques. The combined crushing and grinding system is high in production capacity, small in power consumption, high in efficiency, small in occupancy and high in reliability. The combined crushing and grinding system comprises a fine crushing device and an ore grinding device; the fine crushing device is a high-pressure roller mill, and the ore grinding device is a horizontal type roller mill; and the material output end of the high-pressure roller mill is connected with the material input end of the horizontal type roller mill. Compared with a traditional conical crushing machine and a ball milling machine, the high-pressure roller mill and the horizontal type roller mill are larger in processing amount by extruding through material beds. Furthermore, more energy is saved. The high-pressure roller mill and the horizontal type roller mille are organically combined into the combined crushing and grinding system; the high-pressure roller mill can crush more than 80% of materials to 3mm, and the grinding feed size is reduced; and a lot of micro or macro cracks are generated in the crushed materials, and the materials can be easily ground finely after entering the horizontal type roller mill.
