The machine for manufacturing seedling-raising pots comprises an underframe, a transmission device, a ventilating system and a control system. The transmission device comprises a stepping motor, a worm gear reducer, a cylinder, a double-crank mechanism, a primary transmission shaft and a secondary transmission shaft. The ventilating system comprises a vacuum pump, a gas converting device and an air compressor which are connected to one another by pipes. Mixed organic fertilizers are sucked into an inner cavity through a feeding opening, main bodies of the seedling-raising pots are dipped into the fertilizers, and by a getter device, the organic fertilizers are fully adhered to the main bodies; and by the ventilating device, the main bodies discharge air while secondary bodies suck air, the organic fertilizers are adhered to the secondary bodies of the seedling-raising pots, and finally, the organic fertilizers are dried by a drying device.
