Embodiment 1

[0104] Tablet preparation

[0105] Rhynchophylline is used as the active ingredient of the drug, added to the drug carrier, and prepared according to the conventional technology of pharmacy, such as the following preparation method:

[0106] 10mg of rhynchophylline, 200mg of starch, 100mg of powdered sugar, appropriate amount of magnesium stearate, using starch paste as a binder, mixing, granulating, air-drying, sizing, and tableting to obtain tablets.

[0107] Tablet stability test:

[0108] The tablet prepared by the above method was placed in an incubator at 40° C., and observed after 3 months, its appearance and color did not change in any way.

Embodiment 2

[0110] Preparation of hard capsules

[0111] Rhynchophylline is used as the active ingredient of the drug, added to the drug carrier, and prepared according to the conventional technology of pharmacy, such as the following preparation method:

[0112] 10mg rhynchophylline, 200mg starch, 100mg powdered sugar, appropriate amount of magnesium stearate, starch paste as binder, mixed, granulated, air-dried, granulated, and packed into capsules.

Embodiment 3

[0114] Preparation of soft capsules

[0115] Rhynchophylline is used as the active ingredient of the drug, added to the drug carrier, and prepared according to the conventional technology of pharmacy, such as the following preparation method:

[0116] Rhynchophylline 10mg, soybean oil 100mg, polyethylene glycol 100mg, gelatin as the capsule shell, prepared into soft capsules.

Abstract

The invention relates to novel application of a medicine, in particular to application of Rhy (rhynchophylline) to preparation of medicines for improving vascular endothelial dysfunction. Incubation of renal arteries of SHRs (spontaneously hypertensive rats) is realized by application of the rhynchophylline, an improvement function of the rhynchophylline to endothelium-dependent vasodilation of the renal arteries is assessed by a multi-channel small vessel tension tester, and by which approach the rhynchophylline gives play to an improvement effect on renal vascular endothelial vasodilation dysfunction associated with hypertension is detected by a western blotting method and an NO detection kit. According to researches, the endothelium-dependent vasodilation of the renal arteries of the SHRs can be improved by incubation with the rhynchophylline in time and concentration dependency, and the improvement function of the rhynchophylline is realized by activating a Src-PI3K / Akt-eNOS passage to improve eNOS activity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new application of medicine, in particular to the application of rhynchophylline in the preparation of medicine for improving vascular endothelial dysfunction. Background technique [0002] Vascular endothelium is not only the largest endocrine and paracrine organ in the human body, but also the target organ of many active substances. Adhesion and regulation of vascular smooth muscle growth have important physiological functions. In many pathological states, the above-mentioned functions are abnormally changed, which is called vascular endothelial dysfunction. The vascular endothelium acts as a barrier between the blood vessel wall and the blood, selectively allowing some substances in the blood to enter the blood vessel wall. It is precisely because the anatomical site where the endothelial cells are located is a functional interface that is easily damaged, and various injury stimuli and cardiovascular risk factors first a...
