Embodiment 1

[0057] A preparation method for filtering blue light to sterilize wear-resistant lenses, when the substrate is molded by resin, the preparation method specifically includes the following steps:

[0058] 1) Clean and dry the substrate;

[0059] 2) Coating the inner and outer surfaces of the substrate respectively;

[0060] A. Coating the first film layer:

[0061] Adjust the vacuum degree in the vacuum coating chamber to less than or equal to 5.0×10 -3 Pa, and control the temperature in the vacuum coating chamber to 50-70°C, and use an electron gun to bombard the film material of the first film layer, and the film material of the first film layer evaporates and deposits on the outer surface of the substrate in the form of nano-scale molecules. Control the evaporation rate of the first film layer to be 2.5? / S, and the final thickness of the first film layer after formation is 10-100nm; wherein, the film material of the first film layer is trititanium pentoxide, forming tritita...

Embodiment 2

[0072] A preparation method for filtering blue light to sterilize wear-resistant lenses, when the substrate is formed from glass, the preparation method specifically includes the following steps:

Abstract

The invention relates to a blue light-filtering sterilizing wear-resistant lens and a manufacturing method thereof. The lens comprises a substrate; and the inner and outer surfaces of the substrate are symmetrically and sequentially provided with, from interior to exterior, first films, second films, third films, fourth films and fifth films, wherein the first films are sterilization layers with a thickness of 10 to 100 nm, the second films are silicon dioxide layers with a thickness of 50 to 100 nm, the third films are metal layers with a thickness of 5 to 20 nm, the fourth films are nano-silver layers with a thickness of 5 to 20 nm, and the fifth films are high-hardness layers with a thickness of 10 to 50 nm. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning the substrate; and 2) respectively coating the inner and outer surfaces of the substrate with the films. The lens provided by the invention can effectively filter out harmful blue light and dazzle light; the high-hardness layers can substantially improve the wear resistance of the lens; and the nano-silver layers can effectively inhibit growth of bacteria and kill harmful bacteria.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of lenses, in particular to a blue light filtering sterilizing wear-resistant lens and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of people's culture and living standards and the development of vision care work, glasses, as a simple optical device made to correct vision or protect eyes, have played an important role in people's daily life. Spectacles are usually composed of lenses and frames. From the function of lenses, it has the functions of adjusting the amount of light entering the eyes, increasing vision, protecting eye safety and clinically treating eye diseases. [0003] At present, there are many kinds of lenses, such as the common TAC polarized lens, which can block harmful light 100%, so it is very popular among consumers, especially suitable for outdoor sports. However, the lens will inevitably be scratched during exercise, so The degree o...
