Abstract

The invention provides a locomotive electrical cabinet cooling device and a locomotive electrical cabinet. The device comprises a central control unit and at least one refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit comprises a heat conduction plate, a thermoelectric refrigeration element, a heat radiator, and a blower fan. The heat conduction plate and the heat radiator are respectively provided with a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. The central control unit comprises a microcontroller and a measurement and control module. The microcontroller outputs a first control signal according to the first temperature sensor, and the measurement and control module receives the first control signal and controls the thermoelectric refrigeration element to operate at certain refrigerating power. The microcontroller outputs a second control signal according to the second temperature sensor, and the measurement and control module receives the second control signal and controls the blower fan in the refrigeration unit to operate at a certain speed.
