The preparation method comprises the following steps of slowly adding 0.1 part of sodium polyacrylate into 50 parts of clean water, and stirring the sodium polyacrylate and the water to enable the sodium polyacrylate to be dissolved so as to prepare a sodium polyacrylate aqueous solution; mixing 50 parts of whole purple sweet potato flour, 50 parts of sweet potato pre-gelatinized starch, 5 parts of konjac refined flour, 10 parts of levulose and 1 part of water soluble polyvinyl alcohol so as to obtain a mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture for 5 minutes with a high-speed stirrer, adding the sodium polyacrylate aqueous solution, and continuing uniformly stirring the mixture and the sodium polyacrylate aqueous solution for 5 minutes so as to prepare a mixed wet material; pressing the mixed wet material into films by using a roller film press; and drying the films, and then processing to obtain the purple sweet potato seasoning packing bag.
