Abstract

The invention discloses efficient high-quality pigling complete feed and a processing method thereof. The method comprises: pulverizing, matching, and mixing raw energy materials, raw protein materials, and raw high-temperature-resistant materials with a large particle size and amount, and performing first high-temperature granulation and cooking; after granulation and cooling, finely grinding the obtained product, matching and mixing raw heat-sensitive materials in a feed formula, and performing secondary low-temperature granulation; and performing cooling and packaging to obtain a final product. The method has advantages that: firstly, a large amount of energy feed materials and protein feed materials are subjected to high-temperature granulation and cooking to decompose anti-nutrient substances and toxin in the materials and to kill bacteria and viruses in the feed, thereby benefiting improvement of health and self-immunity of piglings; secondly, energy and protein feed materials are subjected to high-temperature granulation and pulverization, and then are mixed with the heat-sensitive materials, so that components of mineral feed and pre-mixed feed are prevented from being broken; and thirdly, the piglings have improved palatability, can quickly adapt to the feed and well absorb the feed, and has good anti-diarrhea ability. A usage amount of antibiotics is low; the piglings grow well; and the survival rate of piglings is high.
