Production method and device of regenerated fibroin fiber

The invention discloses production method and device of regenerated fibroin fiber, belonging to the technical field of textiles. The production method comprises the following steps of: washing silks and then drying, putting the silks into an alkaline solution, hydrolyzing to obtain a regenerated fibroin basic solution, and preparing regenerated fibroin powder after being dried; adding water and stirring the prepared regenerated fibroin powder to obtain regenerated fibroin saturated liquid; mixing the regenerated fibroin saturated liquid, regenerated rubber stock solution and auxiliary agent according to the proportion of 10-50 percent: 85-45 percent: 5 percent, and spinning after being evenly mixed to obtain the regenerated fibroin fiber. In the invention, non-spinning protein materials, such as waste silks, silk leftovers, waste-spinning silks, silk-spinning waste silks, and the like, are adopted as raw materials, and the novel fibroin fiber with excellent performance, health and comfort is then generated by adopting a wet spinning method and matching with viscose glue and the auxiliary agent after the generated fibroin powder is prepared; and the invention solves the secondary utilization problem of waste protein materials.
