The top of the liquid oxygen bare tank is connected with an oxygen pipeline at the bottom of an upper tower, so that vaporized oxygen in the liquid oxygen bare tank is sent out along an oxygen taking-out pipeline. An outlet in the bottom of the liquid oxygen bare tank is led out of the cooling box to be divided into two paths, wherein one path is a connector used for inputting or outputting liquid oxygen; and the other path is led to the liquid oxygen water bath vaporizer arranged at the bottom of the water cooling tower, and liquid oxygen is vaporized into a gas phase in the liquid oxygen water bath vaporizer to be sent to a pipeline behind an oxygen taking-out valve of a full-low-pressure air separation device.
