Each input interface determines to receive one of the above three signals through dial switch setting. The logic processing unit is a programmable logic device. The signal transmitting unit comprises an RS-485 output interface, a corresponding differential circuit and a fiber output interface. The data signal received by the input interface is processed by the programmable logic device and then is outputted by the RS-485 interface and a fiber interface.
