Problems solved by technology

Most printing and dyeing factories still use activated carbon adsorption for decolorization, but activated carbon is selective to dyes, the price is high, and regeneration is difficult. The application in the adsorption and decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater is limited. Generally, it is only used in the treatment or advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with low concentration.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a printing and dyeing wastewater treating agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing diatomite, chitosan and cassava starch according to the mass ratio of diatomite to chitosan to cassava starch being 1:0.2:(0.5-1), adding water and extruding to form particles with the diameter of 1-2 mm; (2) placing the particles obtained in the step (1) in the condition of 450-500 DEG C for calcination for 4-8 h, and cooling to room temperature; (3) mixing the calcinated particles with an acrylamide solution, and stirring; (4) adding an initiator into the mixed system obtained in the step (3) to initiate polymerization reaction, and adding a cross-linking agent to carry out cross-linking reaction, so as to obtain a mixture; (5) drying the mixture obtained in the step (4), so as to obtain the printing and dyeing wastewater treating agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of printing and dyeing, and in particular relates to a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Although dyes do not have strong acute toxic effects like pesticides, people have found mutagenic and carcinogenic species in azo dyes, anthraquinone dyes, and triphenylmethane dyes, and the degradation products of dyes are mostly linked. Some carcinogenic aromatic compounds such as aniline. As a class of organic compounds with stable structure, dyes have the characteristics of anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-light, anti-microbial, etc., and have a long residence period in the environment. Very low concentrations of dyes in water will also affect the quality of receiving water. In normal function, it is also toxic to aquatic microorganisms and fish, reducing the diversity of the entire aquatic ecosystem. Therefore, the negative effect of dyes on ...
