The edge grinding equipment comprises a rack, a feeding rail for limiting movement of the rectangular object, a pushing mechanism for pushing the rectangular object to move, and a grinding assembly arranged on the feeding rail; the grinding assembly comprises two grinding wheels positioned at both sides of the feeding rail; the rotating directions of two grinding wheels are opposite, and the rotating directions of two grinding wheels are both contrary to the feeding direction of the feeding rail; the middles of the side walls of the grinding wheels are concave inwards to form positioning ports for longitudinally positioning the rectangular object; and the inner wall faces of the positioning ports are slantingly arranged to be used as a grinding working face for the edge of the rectangular object.
