Embodiment 1

[0029] The invention provides a method for recycling waste hydrochloric acid solution containing iron and zinc, which specifically comprises the following steps:

[0030] 1. Acid consumption and reduction, so that the acidity meets the requirements, and the ferric iron in the waste acid is reduced to ferrous iron. Ferric iron can be extracted into the organic phase by the extractant selected by the present invention together with zinc, which affects the purity of the separated zinc salt. Use iron filings or iron sheets to reduce the ferric iron in the zinc-containing pickling waste liquid with a zinc content of 8200mg / L to ferrous iron until the ferric iron content is 0.3%, and the hydrochloric acid and elemental iron react to ferrous chloride. After filtering fine particles such as iron filings, it is used as feed liquid.

[0031] 2. Extraction and separation of zinc and iron to obtain ferrous chloride with high purity. The extraction agent consisting of 30% N235, 15% isooc...

Embodiment 2

[0037] 1. Use iron filings or iron sheets to reduce the ferric iron in the zinc-containing pickling waste liquid with a zinc content of 50800 mg / L to ferrous iron until the ferric iron content is 0.28%, and the hydrochloric acid and elemental iron react to ferrous chloride. After filtering fine particles such as iron filings, it is used as feed liquid.

[0038] 2. Extraction and separation of zinc and iron to obtain ferrous chloride with high purity. The extraction agent that is made up of N235 30%, isooctyl alcohol 15%, sulfonated kerosene 55% is compared with feed liquid with 4:1 (oil-water ratio) in 4 grades of extraction tanks, mixing time is 5.4min, clarific...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recycling an iron and zinc containing waste hydrochloric acid solution. The method specifically comprises the following steps that 1, acid consuming and reducing are carried out, acidity is made to meet the requirement, and ferric iron in waste acid is reduced into ferrous iron; 2, zinc and iron are extracted and separated, and a ferrous chloride solution is obtained; 3, an organic phase transfers zinc into a strip liquor through reverse extraction, and the organic phase is extracted for reuse; and 4, the strip liquor is subjected to subsection kalizing treatment, zinc hydroxide is obtained, and the strip liquor is reused. According to the method, iron and zinc are separated through different extracting capacities of N235 to the ferrous iron and zinc, and therefore pure ferrous chloride liquid and zinc hydroxide solids are obtained. Ferrous chloride can be oxidized into ferric trichloride, and ferrous chloride and ferric trichloride both can be used as a water treatment agent; and zinc hydroxide can be used as a raw material for preparing zinc oxide or zinc chloride.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of waste liquid recycling, in particular to a method for recycling waste hydrochloric acid solution containing iron and zinc. Background technique [0002] In the galvanizing industry, before the steel components enter the galvanizing process, they need to use hydrochloric acid to remove the rust on the surface of the components, which is called the pickling process. In addition, when the galvanized parts are unqualified, this hydrochloric acid is also used for deplating. Therefore, the pickling waste in the galvanizing industry mainly contains iron, zinc and hydrochloric acid. For every ton of galvanized products produced or processed, about 0.066t of zinc-containing pickling waste is produced. There are more than 1,100 hot-dip galvanizing enterprises in my country, with an annual processing capacity of 30 million tons. In other words, about 1.98 million tons of waste hydrochloric acid containing zinc and...
