[0114]

[0115] Add 33.7 parts by mass of PPG2000, polytetramethylene glycol (number-average molecular weight; 650 or less, abbreviated as "PTMG650") 28.1 parts by mass, Polyethylene glycol (number average molecular weight 400 or less, abbreviated as "PEG400") 16.0 parts by mass, HEA 0.55 parts by mass, 2,6-di-tert-butylcresol 0.3 parts by mass, p-methoxyphenol 0.05 parts by mass. After the temperature in the reaction container was heated up to 40°C, 22.2 parts by mass of IPDI was added. Then, 0.1 part by mass of dioctyltin dineodecanoate was added, and the temperature was raised to 80° C. over 1 hour. After that, it held at 80 degreeC for 12 hours, and after confirming that all the isocyanate groups disappeared, it cooled and obtained the urethane acrylate (A-2). The equivalent weight of the acryloyl group of the obtained urethane acrylate (A-2) was 21,000, and the weight average molecular weight was 28,000.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an ultraviolet curable adhesive composition which is capable of providing an adhesive film having excellent cutting properties. The present invention provides an ultraviolet curable adhesive composition which is characterized by containing: a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) that is obtained by reacting a polyol (a1) that contains a polycarbonate polyol (a1-1) and a polyether polyol (a1-2), a polyisocyanate (a2) and a (meth)acrylic compound (a3) having an isocyanate group or a hydroxyl group; a photopolymerization initiator (B); and an organic solvent (C). The present invention also provides a method for producing an adhesive film which is characterized in that an adhesive film is obtained by: applying the above-described ultraviolet curable adhesive composition to a base; then drying the organic solvent (C) so as to obtain an ultraviolet curable adhesive film; and subsequently bonding an adhesive layer of the ultraviolet curable adhesive film to the base and irradiating the ultraviolet curable adhesive film with ultraviolet light after the bonding.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an ultraviolet curable adhesive composition capable of obtaining an adhesive film excellent in cuttability. Background technique [0002] Unlike conventional solvent-based adhesives and water-based adhesives, UV-curable adhesives do not require curing time and can expect high productivity, so they are attracting attention in applications such as lamination of optical members. [0003] As the above-mentioned ultraviolet curable adhesive, for example, an adhesive obtained by using a solventless adhesive composition containing a urethane acrylate, an acrylic monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator is known (for example, refer to Japanese Patent Document 1 .). [0004] The above-mentioned adhesive can express adhesiveness immediately after ultraviolet curing, so it is excellent in high productivity. In addition, compared with conventional type adhesives, it is easier to increase the thickness of the adhesive layer, so...
