The dehydration system comprises a bio-drying device, a ventilation device and a condensation device, wherein the bio-drying device is used for conducting biological decomposition on organic matter in the garbage under the ventilation condition; the ventilation device communicates with a bio-drying dehydration device and supplies oxygen required for reaction to the bio-drying dehydration device, and heat energy generated in the organic matter biological decomposition process is used for drying and dehydrating the garbage in the bio-drying device; and the condensation device communicates with a drying dehydration device and used for condensing gas generated during drying and carrying harmful impurities into liquid similar to leachate and spraying part of the leachate back to the drying dehydration device to regulate the humidity of the bio-drying dehydration system. By means of the bio-drying dehydration method and system, the heat value of the garbage is increased, carbon emission and secondary pollution in the subsequent processing process are reduced, meanwhile, the operation cost of subsequent processing is reduced, and reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization of the household garbage are achieved.
