Abstract
The invention discloses a stomach cancer spleen-deficiency syndrome sialoprotein fingerprint molecular diagnosis model establishment method, which comprises the following steps: sample collection, nanomagnetic bead pretreatment; sample pretreatment; saliva sample elution and loading; mass spectrographic analysis; data acquisition, data analysis; and establishment of a diagnostic model. By WCX and MALDI-TOF-MS proteomic technology, stomach cancer spleen-deficiency syndrome molecular diagnosis research based on salivary proteomics is developed. It is found that stomach cancer spleen-deficiency syndrome has six differential protein peaks which are of statistical significance in comparison with non-spleen-deficiency syndrome. In addition, the stomach cancer spleen-deficiency syndrome has 106 differential protein peaks which are of statistical significance in comparison with a normal control, wherein 101 protein peaks is of great significance. 26 peaks are down-regulated at expression of a spleen-deficiency syndrome group, and 80 peaks are up-regulated at expression of a spleen-deficiency syndrome group.
